ServiceNow Job Description
Certified ServiceNow developer is preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow Development, Support and Implementation.
Experience in designing complex Forms, workflows Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills
Working experience with portal development, CMS and Scripting is preferred.
Experience of integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and implantation of SOAP and REST API is preferred.
Exposure to Service-Now platform tools like Discovery and Orchestration Environment is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Incident Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Problem management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Service Catalog, Reporting.
Experience in upgradation.
Experience in Integrations like LDAP, SSO, SNOW to SNOW, Web services etc.
Experience in writing the Catalog client scripts and UI policies and managing all aspects of the Service Catalog application.
Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes and Access Control Lists etc.
Experience in creating and maintaining API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
Experience in ServiceNow Reporting activity.
Expertise in implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum.
Loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
